Rolling Hills Hospital in Franklin, TN, seeks a PHP/IOP Therapist for our Outpatient Services to provide therapy within PHP and IOP. You will lead group sessions, deliver crisis intervention, and build strong therapeutic relationships with patients in a supportive behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health REQUIRED
• Current Tennessee Driver’s License
• Current HWC and CPR Certification
• Experience in providing individual and group counseling in a psychiatric setting; strong communication; crisis management; ability to work with diverse populations

Responsabilités

• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational group sessions
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Document services in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Support patients in achieving treatment goals and successful transitions of care
