Rolling Hills Hospital is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide counseling services in our outpatient program. You will lead individual and group sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy.

You will conduct intake assessments, build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, and provide crisis intervention as needed, while ensuring adherence to CMS and JCAHO documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health is required.
• Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Compliance with CMS and JCAHO documentation standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group counseling in outpatient programming.
• Deliver psychoeducation group experiences including coping skills and goal setting.
• Complete intake assessments and establish therapeutic relationships; provide crisis intervention as needed.

Formation

Master’s degree in Behavioral Health

LMSW, LPC-MHSP, or LCSW preferred

Current HWC and CPR certifications
