Jobgether is seeking a VIP Excellence Manager based in France to optimize performance, retention, and development of a high-value VIP portfolio within a fast-moving international iGaming environment.

The role combines customer activity analysis, operational oversight, product knowledge, and data-driven decisions to uncover growth opportunities across regions, leveraging AI tools to automate analysis and enhance VIP strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in VIP operations within iGaming or related environments.
• Experience communicating with VIP customers and managing high-value relationships.
• Understanding of player behavior, engagement drivers, retention mechanics, and VIP development strategies.
• Ability to define clear analytical requirements and interpret metrics.

Responsabilités

• Analyze daily activity of top VIP clients across regions to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track high-value players and coordinate with regional teams on activity, status and development.
• Monitor activation/reactivation and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
• Develop initiatives to grow VIP activity and integrate high-value players into regional teams.
• Prepare recurring analytics and summaries on top VIP client behavior and performance.
• Identify anomalies and potential fraud indicators in VIP activity.
• Apply AI tools to deepen analysis, automate monitoring, and improve workflows.
• Monitor VIP product quality and customer experience, propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Operations and regional teams on VIP development.
• Handle ad-hoc VIP priorities and provide rapid operational support to regions.
