Jobgether is seeking a VIP Host based in France to deliver a highly personalized experience to a portfolio of VIP clients in a fast-paced iGaming environment. You will build trusted relationships through proactive communication, tailored engagement, and coordinated cross-functional support.

Responsibilities include managing a VIP portfolio, analyzing player data, processing personalized bonuses, and using Tableau to spot trends and optimize engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in VIP account management or similar client-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented approach with high-value clients.
• Familiarity with sportsbook/online casino products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of VIP clients with personalized, high-quality service.
• Engage via calls, messages, and offers; run reactivation campaigns.
• Analyze player data and conduct regional research to guide engagement.
• Process personalized bonuses and betting requests accurately.
• Monitor behavior to tailor individualized engagement strategies.
• Use Tableau and reporting tools to identify trends and inform strategies.
• Act as client advocate and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate player profiles and interaction histories in CRM.
