Extia Group in France is seeking an IT Consultant / Tech Professional (Software Engineering, DevOps, IT Infra, QA, or Data) to join our international projects. The role involves designing and building robust IT solutions, working with product owners, and delivering high-quality software in Agile teams.

You will participate in the full project lifecycle, champion quality, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the team's technical vision.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in at least one core IT domain.
• Proven experience in software development (backend or frontend).
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
• Experience with QA automation or manual testing approaches.
• Data engineering and ETL knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Interest in an international VIE opportunity in Romania.

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable IT solutions tailored to your domain of expertise.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate actively in the entire project lifecycle, from requirement analysis and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Champion quality by ensuring code, infrastructure, data pipelines, or testing standards meet top industry benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Share your expertise, participate in code/peer reviews, and contribute to the team's technical vision.

Required technical skills:

• Min. 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following core IT domains:
• Software Development: Backend (Java Spring Boot) or Frontend (Angular, React).
• DevOps & IT Infra: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), system administration (Linux/Windows), or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• QA (Automation or Manual): Testing methodologies, test plan creation, or automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, etc.).
• Data Engineering: Building data pipelines, ETL processes, SQL/NoSQL databases, and working with modern data stacks.
• Practical experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and utilizing tools like JIRA.
• Familiarity with or hands-on experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• A strong desire for international experience through our VIE program in Romania.
