MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) is hiring a fully remote AI Video Editor. You will own an AI-driven pipeline to turn Meta ads, Instagram content, and YouTube videos into many 1–3 minute edits weekly, with fast first-pass approvals and a strong focus on output quality.

You'll build the AI editing system, train editors, and optimize the workflow, collaborating across time zones and ensuring timely delivery with daily CET overlap.

The Role

We're hiring one AI Video Editor to rebuild how Marriage Reset makes video, with AI at the core. You'll take our Meta ads, Instagram content, and YouTube videos from manual, one-at-a-time editing to an AI-driven pipeline (Claude Code, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Seedance) that produces 5–10× the output of a traditional editor at a quality we'd put real ad spend behind. You'll own the pipeline, own the output, and raise the editors around you. Full-time, remote, 3+ hours overlap with Central European Time, tools paid by us. We want the best person for this, not the cheapest.

Why We're Hiring This Role

Video editing is currently our biggest production bottleneck. Our current editors work in traditional software (iMovie, Premiere Pro), and everything is done manually, so editing takes far longer than it should and needs constant hand-holding. First-pass approval (an edit accepted without a redo) sits around 30% today. We need 70%+.

We've seen what's possible when a single editor pairs with AI: a 90-minute video goes in, gets transcribed, key moments get identified, highlights get picked, and a finished clip comes out in minutes for a few dollars. Reviewing that output takes less time than one feedback round with a traditional editor.

What We Are Looking For

Three things, in this order.

1. Output. You edit our Meta ads, Instagram content, and YouTube videos with an AI-first workflow: dozens of 1–3 minute edits a week, approved on the first pass 70%+ of the time, launched on schedule.
2. The pipeline. You build and own the system behind that output: Claude Code or equivalent for transcription, clip selection, cropping, captions, and assembly; HeyGen and ElevenLabs for clone videos; Seedance for B-roll, and you fix it when it breaks. Nobody else on the team is going to build this for you.
3. The team. You train our existing editors on the workflow. Within 90 days, we decide together whether the team upskills or you carry more of the volume yourself. Either is fine; the goal is output, not headcount.

What it isn't: a motion-graphics or animation role, a scriptwriting role (writers hand you compliant scripts), a compliance role (script and final review handle that, you edit), or an agency engagement. We're hiring one person.

You should teach our current team the AI workflow, or take on part or all of the editing work yourself if that's the better path. We are hiring the best person we can find for this, not the cheapest. Mindset matters as much as tools: we want someone proactive who treats output and turnaround as their own problem, not someone who just executes tasks.

Six Months In, We'd Expect

• Your edits are approved on the first pass 70–80% of the time.
• You've built and own our AI editing pipeline (long video to clips, full testimonial to before/after ad) and can fix it when it breaks.
• You've trained the rest of the editing team on the AI workflow, and output has gone up while headcount has gone down.
• Ads can get edited the same day and launched on schedule. Nobody is chasing them.

What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality Meta ads at high volume: roughly 25 ads plus 10 variations in the pipeline daily, with about 10 new concepts a week per avatar.
• Produce short-form Instagram content for Josh's account.
• Edit long-form YouTube videos, plus long-form to clips and highlights through the AI pipeline.
• Turn full-length client testimonials into before/after ads that make logical sense.
• Pre-edit and systemize clips from our testimonial database so any editor can drag and drop, and share learnings with the wider editor team.

• An AI-driven editing workflow as the core of how you work: Claude Code or another AI agent/editing platform automating clip selection, cropping, captions and assembly. You should be able to describe a pipeline you've actually run.
• AI avatar and AI voice production (HeyGen, ElevenLabs or equivalent).
• Generative AI video (Seedance, Veo, Kling or equivalent).
• Short-form direct response ad craft: hooks, pacing, captions, retention, for Meta, Instagram and YouTube.
• An active habit of tracking and testing new AI editing tools.

A plus, not a gate: familiarity with Meta ad policy.

Compensation: Competitive pay depending on experience, volume of edits and output. Full range shared during the interview.
