Finary recrute un stagiaire monteur vidéo pour rejoindre une équipe de production senior. Vous prendrez en charge les tâches clés : derush, montage des formats récurrents et exports, afin d’augmenter le débit et la qualité des vidéos.

Vous apprendrez notre système de production orienté IA et serez encouragé à optimiser les workflows avec l’IA. Localisation : Paris, sur site. Début: janvier 2027, durée: 6 mois. Reporting à Kevin Loufti, responsable post-production.

Qualifications

• SolidAdobe suite fundamentals: Premiere Pro required; After Effects a plus.
• AI-first mindset: utilise l’IA dans le workflow de montage et veut aller plus loin.
• Rigueur et fiabilité: fichiers de projet propres, nomenclature cohérente, respect des délais.
• Goût du montage: savoir ce qui fait une bonne coupe, un bon rythme et un bon son.
• Humilité et motivation: les tâches répétitives bien faites permettent la progression rapide.

Responsabilités

• Derush et préparer les rushs pour l’équipe de montage senior.
• Monter les formats récurrents et les shorts/claims et assurer les exports.
• Gérer l’organisation des fichiers et l’hygiène du projet tout au long du pipeline.
• Utiliser et améliorer les workflows IA (génération de assets, transcription,...).
• Apporter des idées de montage: rythme, sound design, motion, thumbnails.

Who you'll work with

• A media team of 6 people: senior editors, finance writers, and the Media Lead

• Direct mentorship from the senior editing team, with regular craft feedback

• Close collaboration with scriptwriting on pacing and storytelling decisions

About the role

Behind every video is a senior editing team with high standards and an AI-native production system. You will join as a Video Editor Intern to take ownership of the essential editing tasks that keep the machine running: derushing, assembly, formatting, exports, shorts adaptations. These tasks are mandatory, they can't all be automated (yet), and doing them well frees the senior team to focus on craft. Your work directly increases the channel's output capacity.

In parallel, you'll learn our full production system and be pushed to automate and accelerate your own workflow with AI.

Missions

• Derush and prepare raw footage for the senior editing team

• Edit recurring formats: intros, shorts/reels adaptations, standard segments

• Handle exports, file organization, and project hygiene across the pipeline

• Use and improve AI-assisted workflows (asset generation, transcription, automation of repetitive steps)

• Contribute editing ideas: pacing, sound design, motion, thumbnails

Must-haves

• Solid Adobe suite fundamentals: Premiere Pro required, After Effects a plus

• AI-first mindset: already uses AI in the editing workflow and hungry to push it further

• Rigor and reliability: clean project files, consistent naming, deadlines held

• Taste: knows what a good cut, good pacing, and good sound feel like

• Humility and drive: repetitive tasks done excellently are the entry ticket; growth comes fast for those who deliver
