Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products and an in-house creative team to support launches, education content, social channels, campaigns, and partnerships. As a Motion Designer, you will create motion assets across our AI products and marketing channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into compelling visuals.

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with a 30-day Work From Anywhere allowance and a fast-paced, high-output environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of motion design experience.
• Strong After Effects proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent motion fundamentals including typography, composition and timing.
• End-to-end ownership from concept to delivery within brand systems.
• Digital and social fluency for formats, resolutions and aspect ratios.
• Speed and execution focus to produce high-quality work quickly.
• Proactive creative instincts with good written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Create motion across every channel including product launches, social content, paid campaigns, educational content, partnerships and brand initiatives.
• Bring AI products to life with demonstrations, animations, explainers and social assets.
• Develop concepts from an objective rather than relying on briefs.
• Design channel-specific assets for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and other channels.
• Experiment and iterate fast with multiple variations for testing.
• Collaborate across the creative team with Educational Content Producer, Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
• Build reusable motion templates and systems to scale production.
• Push AI-enabled production through new workflows and tools.
• Maintain high visual quality at the pace of a growth team.
