Ubisoft Montpellier is seeking a VFX Team Lead to strengthen the Art team on Beyond Good & Evil 2. You will structure and drive production of visual effects, bringing clarity, prioritization and organization to a complex production environment.

You will organize production with an Associate Producer, ensure assets are delivered on time and to AAA quality, and mentor the FX team to grow. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with Directors and Production, and maintaining ambitious

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Team Lead on AAA productions.
• Strong understanding of AAA game development pipelines.
• Solid experience in team leadership and people management.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support, and inspire the FX team on a daily basis.
• Organize production, prioritize work, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate outsourcing and manage relationships with external partners.
• Mentor team members and foster professional growth.
• Oversee staffing, planning, recruitment, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Associate Lead Artist and Technical Director to improve pipelines.
