  • Act as a direct relay for Art Direction, with strong communication skills

Production:

  • Ensure Character production pipelines are followed (concept, high/low resolution, fast variations)
  • Organize production, prioritize needs, categorize assets, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage outsourcing and coordinate with external partners
  • Stay attentive to production evolutions and constraints
  • Contribute to overall production support in collaboration with other departments

Art Direction:

  • Strong mastery of full Character pipelines: concept → high-resolution → low-resolution → integration
  • Act as a key relay for Art Direction, able to discuss, challenge, and co-build decisions
  • Serve as an artistic and technical authority across the entire Character scope
  • Categorize assets according to production challenges and priorities

Your future working environment:

You will work on an ambitious project featuring challenges rarely encountered in the industry, within an experienced, close-knit, and motivated team.
