Job summary

UNESCO seeks conference audiovisual technicians for ad-hoc, paid daily assignments at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. You will support conferences, meetings, and ceremonies across in-person, online, and hybrid formats, handling sound, projection, recording, and interpretation devices.

You will prepare, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems, coordinate with organizers, and ensure high-quality audio/video delivery throughout sessions and during breaks.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in preparing and operating conferences or events.
• Experience with in-person, hybrid, or online events.
• Experience with multilingual conferences and interpretation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure audiovisual equipment for events.
• Operate sessions and monitor audio/video quality during conferences.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform breakdown and reporting.
