Ethos is seeking experienced investors to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating and refining AI-generated presentations across deal memos, market maps, LP materials, and founder-facing decks, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint craftsmanship and clear writing.

Flexible, remote, 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start. Prior VC or growth fund experience is required to evaluate and craft high-quality decks and memos.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an investing role at a venture capital or growth equity fund.
• Experience producing IC memos, market maps, and LP materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
