Job summary

Resilience is hiring the first Product voice dedicated to the US market. You will own the US product surface as product owner and design lead, translating US healthcare workflows, CMS billing, and payer expectations into elegant software.

You will run discovery with partner sites, ship features from design through deployment, and collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality delivery while using AI to accelerate research and documentation.

Qualifications

5+ years of hybrid experience in Product Management and/or Product Design with strong ownership mindset.
Expertise in the US healthcare system: CMS reimbursement model and care billing mechanics.
Mastery of EHR integrations (Epic, OncoEMR, Cerner; HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR).
Excellence in Figma: advanced components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping.

Responsibilities

Manage the US backlog with clinical and commercial teams and write clear product briefs with problem, metrics, and acceptance criteria.
Design end-to-end experiences from macro-architecture to micro-interactions in Figma; contribute to the Design System.
Adapt workflows for the US system (EHRs, Epic/OncoEMR integrations, billing rules).
Lead discovery: interview US patients, navigators, and physicians to shape the roadmap.
Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation quality and sprint smoothness.
Be an AI-augmented builder using Claude and other AI tools to accelerate research and documentation.
