pony is seeking a City Relation & Success Manager to join the Expansion Team in Paris. You will own a portfolio of 7 to 10 cities and act as the go-to contact for elected officials, city staff, and the local ecosystem.

Your mission is to renew contracts and licenses while identifying expansion opportunities, ensuring residents benefit from a high-quality service and strong adoption. Travel will be regular to support local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a top business school or Sciences Po.
• 1+ year experience in a similar field; interest in politics or urban mobility is a strong plus.
• Ability to develop trust-based relationships with public-sector stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting pony’s offer to diverse public audiences.
• Organised and able to manage several projects simultaneously and mobilise different stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as pony's main point of contact for elected officials and city staff.
• Lead local projects proposed by pony and build partnerships with local ecosystem.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and relay on-the-ground feedback to drive improvement.
• Maximise city potential with a commercial action plan in coordination with Marketing and Operations.
• Track rides, turnover, and utilisation in each city portfolio.
• Support pony sales team when tenders are published.
