Versace Outlet Paris La Vallée is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunity, whilst maintaining store standards in terms of image, product and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience.

You will partner with management on sales targets, develop product knowledge, master selling skills, and contribute to events, CRM data capture, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in retail – luxury experience preferred.
• Computer skills to include operation of retail sales system, Word, Excel and email.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain store standards in image, product and operations.
• Deliver the Versace customer experience and act as brand ambassador.
• CRM: capture customer data and develop long-term relationships.
• Participate in in-store & promotional events and backroom operations.
• Ensure stock integrity and visual merchandising per company directives.
