Versace at GV-VERSACE Paris Montaigne seeks a Sales Associate to join the team, reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationships with customers and maximize sales while upholding store standards in image, product, and operations, delivering the Versace customer experience.

With 2+ years in luxury retail and strong communication, you will engage VIP clients, contribute to events, and ensure exemplary service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, luxury experience preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver elevated customer service and drive sales.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel and email.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers and maximize sales while maintaining store standards.
• Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs and promote the brand.
• Act as brand ambassador to engage new and VIP clients and deliver the Versace experience.
• CRM data capture and proactive relationship management with clients.
