• Essential: Unix, AIX, Linux; Proficiency with Control-M scheduler; Deployment tools Harvest, OpenShift; Knowledge of Data/AI (Cloudera, Talend, Informatica, Azure Databricks).

Responsabilités

• Ensure monitoring and optimal operation of the technical scope (tools, systems, processes, and infrastructure).
• Analyze performance and quality; implement improvement measures.
• Develop usage rules and ensure they are followed per SLAs.
• Document, promote, and monitor application of standards.
• Study and propose improvements for operation security and sustainability.
• Validate installation and integration of new tools and processes in production.
• Coordinate change and maintenance operations with quality.
• Handle incidents from diagnosis to restoration and communicate with users.
• Manage access rights based on profiles and provide technical support.

My responsibilities included pre-production and deployment of various IT application updates, as well as maintenance, all within a multi-platform environment.MISSIONS & Responsibilities: Contribute to the smooth running of the pre-production phase of projects, and in this context you will ensure: • Receiving and analyzing approval documentation, • Designing processing chains (automation, scheduling, etc.), • Developing operating procedures, • Ensuring the smooth running of approval tests, • Creating and providing operating documentation, • Delivering applications to the production environment, • Communicating with other entities (development, support, planning, operations, etc.), • Transferring skills to the Production teams to support change management, • Monitoring initial deployments and the VSR (Regular Service Verification) period.TASKS: Ensures the monitoring and optimal operation of the technical scope (tools, systems, processes, and technical infrastructure) under their responsibility. Monitors and analyzes its performance and quality; implements measures to improve it. Develops usage rules, in accordance with company standards and service level agreements. Documents, promotes, and monitors their application. Contributes to the quality management system within their scope. Studies and proposes improvements to ensure the sustainability and optimization of the operation and security of tools, systems, processes, and technical infrastructure; implements them. Validates the installation and integration of new tools, systems, processes, and technical infrastructure in the production environment. Performs and coordinates change and maintenance operations, ensuring their quality. Handles incidents or problems (from diagnosis to restoration). Communicates with users regarding incident management or changes. Manages access rights to information systems based on user profiles. Provides skills transfer and technical support within their area of responsibility. Conducts technological monitoring within their technical scope. Implements the standards and principles of the company's IT security policy.Education and Experience: A minimum of two years of post-secondary education (Bac+2) and significant experience in Production are required, along with a solid understanding of general IT. Professional experience exceeding 5 years is essential.
