EfficientVision is seeking a UI/UX Designer to design and improve the user interface of our website based on usability, user experience principles, and business needs. You will create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction effectively and design ideas.

You will conduct user research, evaluate feedback, and iterate on UI/UX designs. From concept to final hand-off to engineering, you will ensure the online user experience is highly usable,

• Ability to translate business needs into intuitive interfaces.

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Test and iterate on UI and UX designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
