# Senior UX/UI Designer - UI Lead* Home* Senior UX/UI Designer - UI Lead* February 9, 2026* 0 Comments* By Roberte OkoyaContext The User Experience department is strengthening its team with a UI designer to support the UX lead in this area during the design of online service screens.MISSIONS Reporting to the User Experience Manager, the Senior UI Designer will support a UX Lead across all departments to assist with product-related production. Their responsibilities will include: Designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using FIGMA, taking into account technical feasibility and adhering to the design system; contributing to the evolution of the design system to ensure visual consistency and ease of maintenance; creating graphical test plans to support the IT department in integrating mockups ; serving as a UI expert and promoting design principles to internal and external colleagues; actively participating in upstream discussions by providing critical, reasoned, and solution-oriented feedback; and constructively challenging ideas while respecting the framework, constraints, and collective decisions. • Structure, develop, and maintain UI assets and processes according to a systemic design approach. • Apply UI design standards and best practices (visual hierarchy, readability, affordance, interactional consistency). • Anticipate and design all UI states to guarantee a consistent and complete experience (loading, error, success, empty, disabled, edge cases). • Integrate digital accessibility principles (RGAA) from the UI design stage . • Design robust and adaptive interfaces for different screen sizes and usage constraints. • Produce and share clear UI deliverables that can be used by all stakeholders. • Be able to step in as needed to ensure continuity in design choices, even in the absence of the UX Lead.PROFILE & Key Skills Expected: Strong listening, observation, and analytical skills; Proactive approach; Responsiveness; Team spirit; Creative and aesthetic sensibility; Solid understanding of UI and design systems, oriented towards standards, uses, and consistency; Rational and methodical approach to UI design; Strong organizational and structuring skills with a focus on the quality, consistency, and maintainability of deliverables; Ability to explain, justify, and document UI design choices➢ Experience – Knowledge: Specialized training in UI Design: solid foundation in web design rules. Significant experience of at least 6 years in a similar position. Mastery of the UI design process. Experience designing using a Design System. Proficiency in Figma is essential. Knowledge of digital accessibility rules. Good understanding of the principles and constraints of web interface development and the Agile methodology.
