Worldline is seeking a UX designer to design or optimise digital products that meet user needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders and the UI designer to ensure seamless experience across web and mobile.
You will drive exploratory research, ergonomic audits, interviews, AB testing, and lead co-design workshops with users to shape solutions and support pre-sales and development teams.

Monitor not only the UX of the competition, but also trends in terms of UX and new digital devices.
Gather information from the various stakeholders on objectives, issues, needs, expectations and constraints.
Define and implement an exploratory research composed of qualitative and quantitative studies such as:
Design or lead co-design workshops where draft solutions are developed with stakeholders and users.
Optimise and model, in close collaboration with the UI designer, the solutions designed in compliance with ergonomics standards : information architecture, interaction kinematics (storyboard), zoning, static mock-up (wireframe), prototyping.
Ensure that the technical and usage specificities are well integrated in the design of the expected media (web, mobile application, interactive terminal, etc.).
Ensure an inclusive design, which considers the diversity of users and the criteria of digital accessibility.
Produce the ergonomic charter and provide the documentation to the development team.
Evaluate the design drafts and select the appropriate user tests: perception test, usability test, AttrakDiff questionnaire, etc.
Ensure the proper integration and development of the design solutions.
Participate and initiate the development of the design system of the solution or product.
Take charge during the pre-sales, the qualification of UX needs and proceeds to the costing and the argumentation of these services.
Contribute to the development of UX know-how and disseminate best practices within the company.
Represent the company by speaking at events (e.g.: trade shows, conferences, workshops, etc.) dealing with UX design.
Manage a team of designers both locally and abroad and direct all or part of the design activity.
