Fanatics Commerce seeks a Senior Licensing Manager – UEFA to lead the UEFA Masterlicense business, oversee client relationships, and drive revenue growth across Europe. On-site in Paris or Manchester.

You will partner with senior leadership to develop licensing strategies, coordinate royalty reporting with Finance, contract negotiation with Legal, and build high-impact partnerships.

Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in licensing, 5+ years in client relations, and 3+ years in management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in licensing industry with client relationships and contractual obligations.
• 5+ years in customer relations with senior-level partnerships.
• 3+ years of management experience directing teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the UEFA Masterlicense program and client relationships; drive revenue and strategic goals.
• Lead licensing team, set performance goals, and report results to leadership.
• Coordinate royalty reporting with Finance and contract drafting/negotiation with Legal.
