Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner fintech, is seeking a Treasury Manager based in France. You will oversee day-to-day treasury and payment operations, manage cash and crypto reporting across multiple currencies and accounts, and ensure strong controls.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Systems, and Engineering to improve processes, safeguard assets, and prepare regulatory returns for e-money readiness. Remote or hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in treasury or payments, fintech/crypto preferred.
• Experience with corporate payments, approvals, formats, and reconciliations.
• Balancing cash across multiple currencies and accounts; settlements know-how.
• Fluent English; CET/EET time-zone alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payment operations across banks and PSPs.
• Improve workflows, increase payment frequency, ensure segregation of duties.
• Own cash and crypto reporting with multi-currency balances.
• Maintain safeguarding and regulatory readiness; prepare returns.
• Manage liquidity forecasting and settlement funding.
• Collaborate with Finance Systems/Engineering to automate reporting.
