Finastra is seeking a Product Analyst to bridge business needs and technical execution in Treasury & Capital Markets. You will define, analyze, and document product requirements, working with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure our financial software meets evolving client needs.

You will lead workshops, translate requirements into user stories, participate in agile sprints, and collaborate with QA to define test plans and verify features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Financial Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role within the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments including FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Treasury products.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with financial software and data analysis tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Requirements Gathering & Analysis: research market trends, gather and document detailed business requirements (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria).
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure features are designed and implemented effectively.
• Participate in agile development sprints and provide ongoing support to the team.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: define test plans, execute test cases, validate product features against acceptance criteria, identify and track defects.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams; present product demos to diverse audiences.
• Continuous Improvement: analyze product performance, stay updated on industry trends, propose new features and enhancements.
