Job summary

Teciem designs, builds, and delivers treasury and capital markets software solutions for financial institutions worldwide. The Product Analyst will bridge business needs and technical execution, working with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define, analyze, and document requirements for front-office TCM products.

Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of FX, fixed income, derivatives, and treasury products, along with strong analytical and communication skills to guide agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, CS, Financial Mathematics, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar in financial industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments (FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Treasury).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering & analysis, document user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for development teams.
• Collaborate with QA to define test plans and validate features.
• Manage stakeholders and present product demos to clients and teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
