Gopaxo is seeking a Travel Specialist (M/F) to assist travelers with queries related to itineraries and pricing. You will write guides and track market trends while working remotely in France or from our Paris office.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in tourism and possesses excellent written French along with a good command of English. The position offers a salary of €38,000 – €48,000 and various employee benefits including full health coverage and travel perks.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in tourism, travel, or customer service.
• Ability to write structured content and answer traveler requests.
• Familiarity with the European mobility network including rail and bus.

• Track and relay changes in travel market offerings.

# Travel Specialist (M/F)Contract: Full-time (permanent)Location: Paris or 100% remote in FranceTeam: RemoteCompensation: €38,000 – €48,000 gross per yearApply to this roleContact## About the roleYou are the voice of Gopaxo for our travellers: you answer their questions about itineraries, connections, pricing and European passes (all modes — train, bus, carpooling, plane) and you feed our editorial content on destinations and practical guides.You work cross-functionally with the product, marketing and partnerships teams. Your field feedback shapes the comparison engine and the FAQ on a daily basis.## Responsibilities* Answer traveller requests (e-mail, chat, contact form) with expertise and kindness.* Write destination guides, itinerary articles and practical sheets published on the blog and the FAQ.* Track the travel market (rail, long-distance bus, carpooling, air): new offers, timetable changes, strikes, promotions — and spread the information internally.* Nurture relationships with loyal travellers and relay their feedback to the product team.* Contribute to pricing policy and to the recommendations highlighted on the home page.## Who we're looking for* At least 2 years of experience in tourism, travel or premium customer service.* You know the European mobility network — rail (TGV, ICE, Frecciarossa, Interrail, Eurostar), long-distance bus (FlixBus, BlaBlaCar Bus) and low-cost airlines — better than anyone.* Your written French is excellent; English is essential day-to-day.* You enjoy both customer contact and writing structured content.## Nice to have* Experience in an OTA, a travel agency or a rail operator.* Third European language (Italian, German, Spanish).* Experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom or HelpScout.## The team* Contrat CDI temps plein, basé à Paris avec 2 à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine.* Mutuelle famille Alan prise en charge à 100 % par l'entreprise.* Carte Swile pour les titres-restaurant et abonnement transport remboursé à 100 %.* Budget matériel libre (MacBook Pro, écran 4K, périphériques) à votre arrivée.* Pass illimité sur tous les trains européens comparés par Gopaxo pour vos déplacements personnels.* Séminaires d'équipe deux fois par an, dans une destination desservie par nos partenaires.## Apply to this roleSend your CV to [e-mail]
