Glocomms is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Sophis expertise to lead strategic initiatives within a regulated capital markets technology environment in Paris.

You will drive end-to-end delivery across Front Office, Production Support and Infrastructure, coordinating with vendors, business teams and partners to ensure successful project outcomes and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience within Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
• Strong Sophis knowledge gained through delivery, change initiatives, or platform exposure.
• Experience delivering technology transformation, migration, upgrade or strategic change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business functions.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams within complex environments.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Strong governance, risk management and reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to operate across Front Office technology, Production Support and Infrastructure teams.
• Previous experience delivering Sophis-related programmes or projects.
• Exposure to Front Office, Pricing, Risk or Trading Technology environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery frameworks.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Sophis expertise to join a leading investment banking technology environment.

This role will focus on the delivery of strategic Sophis-related initiatives and technology transformation programmes across a complex Front Office ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with business, technology, production and vendor teams to drive the successful delivery of key projects while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement throughout the programme lifecycle.

This position offers an opportunity to work across multiple areas of the Sophis platform and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders within a highly regulated capital markets environment.
