Description du poste

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader

We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

Own the TDA backlog and animation. Identify, frame and drive to closure the cross-Core-Program business-process Key Design Decisions. Secure digital continuity across systems. Hold Core Program leads accountable to portfolio-level arbitration so no project takes isolated decisions that break the enterprise operating model.

  • Detect and log transversal topics with Core Programs, Data Office and Enterprise Architecture; maintain a consolidated, prioritized KDD backlog.
  • Support framing of each KDD — context, options, business / tech / cost / planning implications, recommendation — and drive pre-alignment workshops to closure.
  • Prepare agendas, materials and decision packs for the monthly TDA; track decisions and follow-up actions; ensure no project bypasses portfolio arbitration.
  • Escalate alerts and strategic arbitrations to the Transversal SteerCo and the ExCom.
  • Participate in each Core Program’s Design Authority (minimum: receive agendas and minutes); flag conflicts and misalignments early
Your profile and competencies to succeed

This role is for someone from the business who has run programs, engineering or operations at scale. The TDA arbitrates how FORVIA operates across systems — the holder must understand product, manufacturing, supply chain and program management from the inside, not from a delivery seat.

15+ years in industrial business roles — program management, engineering, manufacturing operations or supply chain — ideally in automotive or a Tier-1 industrial environment.

Track record running cross-functional, multi-site programs with end-to-end accountability for business outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to push cross-functional decisions to closure in high-ambiguity, high-stakes environments — not a passive coordinator.

Existing network across FORVIA, Business and GIT; credibility to mobilize senior stakeholders and hold them accountable.

Strong structuring and facilitation skills; comfortable chairing senior governance forums and producing ExCom-grade decision records.

Fluent English; French strongly preferred, German a plus. Regular mobility across European hubs.
