The role blends Agile and traditional methods in a hybrid production approach, with two-thirds time on program leadership and one-third on scoping and operational tasks.

You will manage rituals, coordinate stakeholders, and push continuous improvements in a high‑velocity transformation context.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile and product-oriented methodologies.
• Experience in transformation projects is a plus.
• Ability to unite stakeholders and manage emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Lead ongoing transformation project to deliver a 3rd-party repository availability across solutions.
• Manage rituals and meetings with sponsor and product representatives.
• Oversee scope tasks for next phase and perform operational activities with team.
• Proactively challenge and drive improvements within evolving scope.
