Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience at a consulting firm, specializing in Customer Relationship, CRM, or E-commerce.
• Expertise in service design methodologies, journey mapping, and market CRM tools.
• Strong leadership abilities and capable of leading engagements autonomously.
