Alstom in Paris is seeking a Transfer Pricing Corporate Manager to lead the global transfer pricing framework, ensuring OECD and local compliance. You will collaborate with tax directors, finance teams, and project stakeholders, driving technical input during audits and advancing automation of TP processes.

You will analyse TP reports, manage complex intercompany arrangements, and roll out TP instructions across the organization, while training finance teams and counterparts globally.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of transfer pricing principles, OECD guidelines, and local tax legislation.
• Knowledge of intercompany financial flows, including treasury-related transactions such as cash pooling, guarantees, and internal funding.
• Familiarity with tax audits, compliance processes, and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in French and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Adaptability to work with evolving business models, organizational changes, and new financial instructions.
• Stakeholder management and coordination abilities to align cross-functional teams.

• Analyse, document, and prepare transfer pricing reports for special projects.
• Manage non-standard configurations from joint ventures, M&A, or IP ownership for non-project transactions.
• Roll out and maintain transfer pricing instructions and train end users.
• Support designated legal entities during tax audits with technical input and evidence for authorities.
• Drive automation of transfer pricing processes and documentation.
• Assist in creating processes to feed data required by transfer pricing instructions.
• Draft, publish, and align transfer pricing instructions with stakeholders across finance and bids.
