DATA4 in Paris is seeking a European Transfer Pricing Specialist to ensure compliance and provide hands-on support on intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

You will report to the Head of Group Tax and work closely with Corporate Controlling, Legal and European subsidiaries to guarantee that management fees are accurately calculated, documented, and compliant with local, European and OECD regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in transfer pricing or related corporate controlling roles.
• Professional English proficiency required for reading and analyzing contracts and loan agreements.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with cost modeling experience recommended.
• Experience with ERP/consolidation tools and OECD guidelines is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Draft and maintain European Local Files, Master Files, Intercompany Agreements (ICAs) and supporting analysis to ensure alignment with local tax laws.
• Gather and maintain robust evidence for benefits tests supporting services provided to European subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with corporate controllers to identify, aggregate, and allocate European central costs using financial systems.
• Collect and review benchmarking analyses to verify markups and ensure intercompany invoices match transfer pricing policy.
• Support strategic projects and evaluate the impact of intercompany agreements from a TP perspective.
• Review and monitor intercompany agreements and intragroup loan contracts for compliance with tax rules and governance.
• Assist in tax audits with evidence compilation and audit trails.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in transfer pricing.
