Job summary

Alstom in Paris, FR seeks a Transfer Pricing Corporate Manager to lead the global transfer pricing framework, ensuring OECD alignment and local compliance. You will collaborate with tax directors, finance teams and project stakeholders, delivering technical input during audits and driving automation of TP processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing TP data, documenting complex intercompany transactions, and rolling out TP instructions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of transfer pricing principles, OECD guidelines, local tax legislation.
• Knowledge of intercompany financial flows (cash pooling, guarantees, internal funding).
• Familiarity with tax audits, compliance processes, and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in French and strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and prepare transfer pricing reports for complex projects.
• Manage non-standard configurations from JVs, mergers, or IP ownership changes.
• Roll out and maintain transfer pricing instructions and train end users.
• Support tax audits with technical input and documentation for authorities.
• Drive automation of transfer pricing processes and related data collection.
