Airbus SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Cost Base Manager to own the FHS cost base and drive improvements across programs. You will collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to optimize agreements, validate business content, and lead internal cost-improvement initiatives focused on profitability.

You will measure savings, maintain data-driven cost bases, and ensure data accuracy. Strong aviation knowledge, Skywise/Excel skills, and English proficiency are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years in aviation industry with knowledge of airline economics.
• General A/C technical & maintenance knowledge.
• Actively takes ownership, initiative and responsibility.
• Team worker and good relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Skywise tool would be a plus.
• Excel knowledge and proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Own the FHS cost base for assigned aircraft programs and drive improvements.
• Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain to optimize agreements.
• Measure and report savings and ensure profitability alignment.
• Define and improve processes, templates, and databases used in activities.
• Maintain cost-base master reference models with data inputs.
• Prioritize procurement needs based on campaigns and signed contracts.
• Support supplier negotiations and challenge internal cost actions.
• Contribute to cost-base targets and report savings and avoidance.
• Identify top cost drivers and implement recovery plans.
• Support development of new products/services with market-aligned cost bases.
• Assist PM in scope items for sale campaigns.
