AIRBUS SAS is seeking a Cost Base Manager in Toulouse to own the FHS cost base for aircraft programs, drive cost optimization and safeguard profitability. You will collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain and program managers to push improvements and transparency in savings.

The role requires aviation industry knowledge, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication in a dynamic, globally focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years in aviation industry with knowledge of airline economics.
• General aircraft technical & maintenance knowledge.
• Actively takes ownership, initiative and responsibility.
• Team worker with good relationship skills.
• Good written and spoken English level.

Responsabilités

• Own the FHS cost base for assigned aircraft programs, identifying and executing improvements.
• Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain to optimize agreements and validate content.
• Measure and report savings realized through optimization actions.
• Maintain and regularly update cost bases master reference models.
• Support procurement in supplier negotiations and cost optimization actions.
