Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, is seeking a Cost Base Manager to join the Flight Hour Services (FHS) team within Customer Services. The role focuses on owning and optimizing the FHS cost base for leading aircraft programs, driving cost improvements, and safeguarding contract profitability.

You will work in a dynamic, global environment, partnering with Procurement and Supply Chain to implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring data integrity and alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation with knowledge of airline economics.
• Ability to take ownership and drive cost-based improvements.
• Collaborative team player with strong relationship skills.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Skywise is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Own the Flight Hour Services cost base for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to optimize agreements.
• Measure and report savings from cost-optimization actions.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain cost-base databases.
• Support procurement in negotiations and cost-optimization campaigns.
