Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience in construction leadership and site operations.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations and safety leadership.

Responsabilités

• Review construction methods, priorities, and schedule.
• Coordinate system and subsystem MC and PCC.
• Provide day-to-day construction leadership on site.
• Develop look-ahead schedules and trackers.
• Ensure teams follow schedule and plan.
• Direct site personnel and report daily progress.
• Enforce quality, safety, and HSSE requirements.
• Share technical construction best practices.
• Troubleshoot construction issues and reduce non-productive time.
• Coordinate interfaces between disciplines to meet schedule.
• Capture lessons learned and assess change impact.
