SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking a Construction Structural Supervisor to oversee on-site construction and commissioning activities in line with project drawings, specs and schedules. The role demands strong HSSE adherence and close collaboration with project management and other stakeholders.

You will read blueprints, manage workforce and equipment, and drive quality and safety throughout the construction process to support timely handovers and project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• CSWIP 3.1 or IWI (IIW-S-IIS) or AWS QC1 or CWI.
• Proven experience in construction supervision and commissioning management processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate construction activities at site according to approved plans, specs and schedule.
• Supervise daily operations, manage workforce, materials and equipment.
• Enforce HSSE protocols and company standards on site.
• Coordinate between construction team, project management and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to ensure smooth transitions and handovers.
• Prepare and submit project reports highlighting achievements and challenges.
