SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking a Commissioning Marine Superintendent to oversee construction and commissioning activities on site, coordinating with stakeholders to meet HSSE, quality and schedule requirements.

You will lead on-site discipline operations, supervise teams, manage changes, and maintain comprehensive records, ensuring compliance and safe, efficient progress through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in construction and commissioning processes in relevant discipline.
• Ability to manage and lead on-site teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong HSSE, quality, and regulatory awareness.

Responsabilités

• Ensure construction and commissioning activities follow approved plans, specs and schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise daily site operations, including workforce, materials, and equipment.
• Lead site inspections, tests, verifications of systems and equipment.
• Manage changes to discipline plans during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain records of activities, HSSE and quality data.
• Monitor progress against timeline and take corrective actions.
• Enforce HSSE protocols and standards.
• Mentor supervisors and team members to uphold high standards.
