IPSILON in Paris is seeking a patent paralegal to cover a maternity leave, overseeing client portfolios through the entire patent process. You will collaborate with the file engineer and act as the main administrative contact for your clients.

You will manage FR/EP/PCT filings, extensions, and national phase entries, handle notifications and examination through grant, validate granted patents, and report and invoice accordingly. This temporary position offers remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

Bac+2/3 BTS, DUT, or professional bachelor's degree in Executive Assistance or Legal Assistance.
3–5 years of experience in a similar (legal) role.
Advanced English required.

Responsabilités

Independently manage administrative tasks for one or more client portfolios through the patent process.
Collaborate with the file engineer and follow their guidelines.
Serve as the main administrative contact for the clients you manage.
Handle first FR, EP, PCT filings, priority extensions and national phase entries.
Manage all office notifications and follow the examination process through grant.
Oversee validation of granted European patents.
Report and invoice cases to clients.
