Functions and Tasks

• Sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers.
• Search for and attract prescription projects.
• Customer service for installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies.
• Monitor projects from start to finish, including drafting projects.
• Coordinate the prescribing draughtsman/designer.
• Prepare, monitor, and negotiate offers and projects.
• Maintain relations with developers, builders, and installers depending on the phase of the project.
• Provide technical after‑sales support: customer service and commissioning of after‑sales installations.
• Give technical assistance to different channels (developer, builder, installer, etc.).
• Coordinate technical after‑sales activities.
• Act as project manager at the construction site (installation monitoring).
• Support marketing strategies.
• Manage collections and monitor incidents.
• Prepare regular management reports (customer visits, offers made, etc.).
• Serve as intermediary between customers and manufacturing.
• Maintain the customer database for your area.
• Create company presentations, catalogs, and product material.
• Foster customer loyalty.
• Coordinate technical‑commercial training for installers.
