The role covers sales visits, project coordination from prescription to installation, and technical after‑sales support across developers, installers, and engineering firms.

You will manage offers, track projects, prepare proposals, and contribute to marketing strategies while building strong relationships with customers.

Responsabilités

• Sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers.
• Search for and attract prescription projects.
• Customer service (installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies).
• Monitoring projects from start to finish: Drafting projects.
• Coordinating the prescribing draughtsman/designer.
• Preparing, monitoring, and negotiating offers and projects.
• Relations with developers, builders, and installers depending on the phase of the project.
• Technical after‑sales support: customer service and commissioning of after‑sales installations.
• Technical assistance to the different channels (developer, builder, installer, etc.).
• Coordination of technical after‑sales.
• Project manager at the construction site (installation monitoring).
• Support for marketing strategies.
• Collection management and incident monitoring.
• Regular management reports (customer visits, offers made, etc.).
• Intermediation between customers and manufacturing.
• Customer database manager for your area.
• Company presentations, catalogs, and products.
• Customer loyalty.
• Coordination of technical‑commercial training for installers.
