Job summary

FT3 Trane France SAS based at the Dardilly agency seeks a Technico-Commercial(e) Equipement F/H to develop and coordinate technical-commercial offers with sales engineers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Located at the Dardilly site, you will prepare quotes, advise on equipment, and manage orders through delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a thermo-climatic engineering background, with proven costing/selection experience, strong organisation and negotiation skills, and good written and spoken

Qualifications

• Experience costing and selecting equipment for HVAC projects.
• Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize technical and commercial offers with sales engineers.
• Provide technical support to customers on equipment and installations through to delivery.
• Transmit quotations to clients and chase them with the sales engineer.
• Understand specifications and propose tailored solutions.
• Use company tools for selection and costing.
• Improve processes and tools for continuous project improvement.
• Coordinate order handling and administrative follow-up.

Job Profile (Technico-Commercial(e) Equipement F/H)

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement suite à un départ en retraite, nous recherchons un(e) Technico-Commercial(e) Equipement F/H pour élaborer et coordonner les offres technico-commerciales en relation avec les ingénieurs de ventes tout en garantissant la satisfaction client.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l'équipe et basé(e) à l’agence de Dardilly, vos missions sont les suivantes:

• Elaborer et optimiser des offres techniques et commerciales,
• Supporter et conseiller techniquement les clients sur les équipements et les installations jusqu'à la livraison,
• Transmettre les devis aux clients et les suivre en collaboration avec l'ingénieur de vente,
• Prendre connaissance des cahiers des charges pour qualifier le besoin et proposer des offres adaptées aux clients,
• Maîtriser les outils de l'entreprise nécessaires à la sélection et au chiffrage,
• Développer les projets d'amélioration continue des processus, l'organisation et les outils,
• Transmettre les dossiers aux services en aval du processus afin d'assurer la continuité des informations,
• Réceptionner des commandes clients et assurer leur gestion administrative.

Votre profil :

• Issu(e) d’une formation en génie thermique/climatique ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience validée dans le chiffrage et la sélection de matériels en génie climatique et une connaissance approfondie des produits du marché,
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences en matière d'organisation, de communication et de négociation,
• Vous avez de bonnes notions en anglais (écrit et parlé).
