Bacardi recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) Laboratoire sur son site de production de Gensac-la-Pallue (Charente). CDI, rattaché(e) à la Responsable Laboratoire, vous assurez les analyses et la traçabilité des produits tout au long du cycle de vie des spiritueux premium.

Vous réalisez des analyses physico‑chimiques et microbiologiques, utilisez GC‑FID et GC/MS, participez aux dégustations et contribuez aux décisions d’acceptation des lots, tout en garantissant ISO/HACCP et une bonne communication

Formación

• Formation supérieure en sciences (BUT Chimie ou équivalent) et expérience en laboratoire de qualité.
• Expérience dans l’industrie des spiritueux et en analyses organoleptiques.
• Compétences en informatique (Office, LIMS, SAP) nécessaires.

Responsabilidades

• Réaliser les analyses physico-chimiques des matières premières, produits issus du process et produits finis.
• Conduire des analyses microbiologiques.
• Mettre en œuvre des techniques analytiques avancées: GC‑FID, GC/MS, chromatographies fines.
• Organiser et participer aux dégustations, en lien avec les équipes concernées.
• Contribuer aux décisions d’acceptation ou de refus des lots.
• Garantir la traçabilité et l’interprétation des résultats analytiques.
• Assurer le bon fonctionnement du laboratoire et le respect des exigences ISO/HACCP.
• Participer aux démarches d’amélioration continue et projets transverses.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement sur notre site de production localisé à Gensac‑la‑Pallue (Charente, 16), nous recrutons un(e) Technicien(ne) Laboratoire en CDI. Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Laboratoire, vous jouez un rôle central dans la sécurisation et la qualité de nos spiritueux premium tout au long de leur cycle de vie.

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

• Réaliser les analyses physico‑chimiques des matières premières, produits issus du process et produits finis
• Conduire des analyses microbiologiques
• Mettre en œuvre des techniques analytiques avancées : GC‑FID, GC/MS, méthodes chromatographiques fines
• Organiser et participer aux dégustations, en lien avec les équipes concernées
• Contribuer activement aux décisions d’acceptation ou de refus des lots
• Garantir la fiabilité, la traçabilité et l’interprétation des résultats analytiques
• Assurer la bonne tenue du laboratoire et le respect des exigences ISO / HACCP
• Participer aux démarches d’amélioration continue et aux projets transverses du site

Profil recherché :

• Enseignement supérieur en sciences (essentiel) et certificat général niveau BUT Chimie
• Expérience en laboratoire de qualité / industrie des spiritueux
• Expérience reconnue en systèmes informatiques, par exemple Microsoft Office, LIMS, SAP
• Expérience en analyses organoleptiques
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et en autonomie, avec de solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
• Rigueur, esprit critique, d’analyse et de synthèse
