Job summary

Dorey recherche un ambassadeur technique pour fournir conseils, installation et maintenance de matériel, avec un fort accent sur la relation client. Le candidat doit avoir un diplôme technique et au moins 2 ans d’expérience en maintenance industrielle.

La connaissance de l'anglais et des compétences interpersonnelles sont indispensables, ainsi qu'un bon équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée, avec des voyages limités.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience réussie en maintenance de machines industrielles.
• Niveau d'anglais intermédiaire requis pour communiquer avec les partenaires internationaux.

Responsibilities

• Participer aux tests en usine et mener des installations chez les clients.
• Effectuer des opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective.
• Former les opérateurs et conseiller les clients sur l'optimisation de leurs processus.
• Contribuer des idées pour améliorer les programmes et méthodes de suivi.

Active on the European market, we support leaders in sectors such as heat-sealable plastics, technical textiles, filters, the medical and automotive industries, credit cards, and more.

As part of our growth, we are looking for our future “technical ambassador” to support our customers by providing advice, installation, training, and maintenance of our equipment across Europe.

• A technical challenge: You will work on equipment combining electrotechnics, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and industrial computing.
• International exposure: You will travel to our European customers and carry out technical inspections at our elite suppliers in Europe, the USA, and Taiwan.
• Work-life balance: A work rhythm designed for you. You are available for travel 1 week out of 2, with the guarantee of not working on weekends (except in exceptional cases such as international trade shows or specific missions abroad).

Your Missions: From expertise to knowledge sharing

• Commissioning & FAT/SAT: Participate in factory tests and lead installations at customer sites.
• Maintenance: Carry out preventive and corrective operations, and perform remote diagnostics to ensure maximum productivity.
• Training & Consulting: Become the technical reference able to train operators and advise customers on optimizing their processes.
• Innovation: Contribute ideas to improve our programs (PLCs, industrial PCs) and our monitoring methods.

Your Profile

• Education: 2–3-year technical degree in electrotechnics, automation, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience: You have at least 2 years of successful experience in industrial machine maintenance.
• Languages: English is mandatory (intermediate level) to communicate comfortably in writing and speaking with our international partners.
• Soft Skills: Autonomy, curiosity, strong adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Practical Information

• Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) – Executive status.
• Working hours: Full time.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
