Job summary

European Tech Recruit is assisting a multinational Semiconductor company in Guyancourt to hire a Technical Writer. The role targets a bilingual French–English writer with 2–5 years in microelectronics or closely related high-technology fields.

You will join a small, highly technical writing team supporting NoC end-user and internal documentation. You will define terminology and style guidelines, improve templates, and help shape content-management workflows.

European Tech Recruit are working closely with a multinational Semiconductor company, based in Guyancourt, who are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join their team.

This position is ideal for a bilingual French–English technical writer with at least 2–5 years of experience in microelectronics or closely related high-technology fields, such as telecommunications, AI/ML, robotics, or advanced computing.

You will join a small, highly technical Technical Writing Team that contribute to end-user documentation for state-of-the-art NoC technologies. Your work will directly support the deployment of innovations that will reach the public in the coming years.

Responsibilities as Technical Writer:

• Define and enforce terminology, naming conventions, and style guidelines.
• Propose and improve document templates and editorial standards.
• Participate in the definition of content- and information-management workflows.
• Help define and support a global LLM-enabled strategy for end-user documentation and internal engineering documents.
• Build sufficient technical mastery to author documentation autonomously.
• Translate complex architectures and specifications into clear, precise documentation.
• Communicate effectively with multiple audiences, from system architects to design and verification engineers.
