European Tech Recruit is seeking a bilingual French-English Technical Writer to join a highly technical R&D environment and document advanced Network-on-Chip technologies used by thousands of SoC engineers worldwide.

You will work directly with engineers, architects and verification teams to turn complex hardware architectures, specifications and technical concepts into clear, precise and impactful documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of technical writing experience in microelectronics or related high-technology environment.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Experience turning complex technical concepts into clear content.
• Ability to analyze information from multiple technical sources.

Responsabilités

• Author high-quality English-language technical documentation for advanced NoC technologies.
• Analyze and synthesize information from specifications, design documents, presentations, source code, and configuration files.
• Work with system architects, hardware designers and verification engineers to understand complex technologies.
• Translate sophisticated architectures into documentation that engineers can use.
• Define and maintain terminology, naming conventions and editorial style guidelines.
• Improve document templates, editorial standards and content-management workflows.
• Contribute to a global LLM-enabled strategy for technical documentation.
• Gather information from internal knowledge bases, presentations, customer support, and issue-tracking systems.
• Take increasing ownership of documentation as your technical expertise develops.

Technical Writer | French-English | Microelectronics / Advanced Technology

We’re looking for a bilingual French-English Technical Writer to join a highly technical R&D environment and help document advanced Network-on-Chip (NoC) technologies used by thousands of SoC engineers worldwide.

This is far more than a traditional documentation role. You’ll work directly with engineers, architects and verification teams to turn complex hardware architectures, specifications and technical concepts into clear, precise and impactful documentation.

Responsibilities

• Author high-quality English-language technical documentation for advanced NoC technologies
• Analyse and synthesise information from specifications, design documents, presentations, source code and configuration files
• Work closely with system architects, hardware designers and verification engineers to understand complex technologies
• Translate sophisticated architectures and technical concepts into documentation that engineers can use effectively
• Define and maintain terminology, naming conventions and editorial style guidelines
• Improve document templates, editorial standards and content-management workflows
• Contribute to the development of a global LLM-enabled strategy for technical and engineering documentation
• Gather information from internal knowledge bases, recorded presentations, customer support and issue-tracking systems
• Take increasing ownership of documentation as your technical expertise develops

Experience

• 2-5 years of technical writing experience within microelectronics or a closely related high-technology environment
• Professional fluency in French and English
• Experience working with complex technical or engineering concepts
• The ability to analyse information from multiple technical sources and turn it into clear, structured content
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy, consistency and clarity
• The confidence to work with highly technical engineering teams and ask the right questions
• An organised, autonomous approach and strong editorial ownership
• A genuine interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning

Experience in telecommunications, AI/ML, robotics, advanced computing or semiconductor technologies would also be highly relevant.
