TE Connectivity France is seeking a Customer Service Associate IV to strengthen customer relationships by acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams. The role handles backlog and open orders, addresses credit/debit queries, and answers technical questions, driving improvements to raise satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, and preferably an AA degree; TE emphasizes integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience.
• Requires high school diploma.
• Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Managing backlog orders and open orders; communicates late deliveries to the customer and internal teams as required.
• Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary.
• Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and to offer alternatives using available resources.
• Driving corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise customer satisfaction levels.
