Arago is redefining computing foundations with a unique opto-CMOS processor. As Technical Sourcer, you will own the end-to-end sourcing motion for highly sought-after engineers, mapping talent pools, crafting precise searches, and building outreach that resonates with passive candidates.

You will work directly with hiring managers and founders to understand roles and the tech landscape, then identify the right people globally.

Qualifications

• Sourcing in deep tech, semiconductors, or AI hardware.
• X-Ray search expertise.
• Proven track record of sourcing passive senior technical talent.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches in parallel without sacrificing quality.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and what you source for.
• Long-term relationship building over transactional outreach.

Responsabilités

• Build highly targeted searches for Arago's critical roles (ASIC architects, packaging engineers, mixed-signal verification, SW systems leads).
• Craft outreach that engages passive candidates and builds long-term relationships with high-priority targets.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across GitHub, research communities, referrals, X-Ray, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers to build customized sourcing strategies.
• Own candidate tracking, pipeline metrics, and funnel data with a structured approach.
• Language: English at a proficient level.

What you’ll do

As Technical Sourcer at Arago, you will own the search for some of the most sought-after engineers in the world. We build hardware that has never existed before, and finding the people who can build it requires going far beyond standard recruiting channels. You will own the full sourcing motion: mapping talent pools, building precise searches, crafting outreach that resonates with passive candidates, and building long-term relationships with high-priority profiles. Working directly with hiring managers and founders, you will develop a deep understanding of each role and the technical landscape around it, then go find the right people, wherever they are.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to build customized sourcing strategies
• Own candidate tracking, pipeline metrics, and funnel data with a structured approach
• Language: English at a proficient level.

We're Looking For

• Proven sourcing experience in deep tech, semiconductors, or AI hardware, not just software
• X-Ray search skills and comfort sourcing across GitHub, LinkedIn, and non-traditional channels
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive senior technical talent
• Ability to run multiple complex searches in parallel without dropping quality
• Genuine curiosity about the technology, you need to understand what you're sourcing for
• A long-game mindset: relationship building over transactional outreach

Nice to Have

• Sourcing experience in technical domains
• Proven track record of filling hard-to-find roles
• Experience writing outreach that actually gets replies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple open roles simultaneously
