Arago is seeking a Technical Sourcer to lead the search for highly sought-after engineers worldwide. You will map talent pools, craft precise searches, and engage passive candidates, working directly with founders and hiring managers to understand each role and the evolving technical landscape.

You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, build long-term relationships, and manage candidate tracking with a data-driven mindset, while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sourcing experience in deep tech, semiconductors, or AI hardware.
• X-Ray search skills and comfort sourcing across GitHub, LinkedIn, and non-traditional channels.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive senior technical talent.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches in parallel without dropping quality.
• Genuine curiosity about the technology, you need to understand what you're sourcing for.
• A long-game mindset: relationship building over transactional outreach.

• Craft outreach that engages passive candidates and builds long-term relationships with high-priority targets
• Develop creative sourcing strategies: GitHub, research communities, referral networks, X-Ray etc.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to build customized sourcing strategies
• Own candidate tracking, pipeline metrics, and funnel data with a structured approach
• Language: English at a proficient level.

What you’ll do

As Technical Sourcer at Arago, you will own the search for some of the most sought-after engineers in the world. We build hardware that has never existed before, and finding the people who can build it requires going far beyond standard recruiting channels.

You will own the full sourcing motion: mapping talent pools, building precise searches, crafting outreach that resonates with passive candidates, and building long-term relationships with high-priority profiles. Working directly with hiring managers and founders, you will develop a deep understanding of each role and the technical landscape around it, then go find the right people, wherever they are.

• Ability to run multiple complex searches in parallel without dropping quality

• Genuine curiosity about the technology, you need to understand what you're sourcing for

• A long-game mindset: relationship building over transactional outreach

• Sourcing experience in technical domains

• Proven track record of filling hard-to-find roles

• Experience writing outreach that actually gets replies

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple open roles simultaneously
