Dotfile, a Paris-based SaaS startup, is seeking a highly technical Solutions Consultant to own the customer journey from pre-sales to onboarding and ongoing success. You will bridge the gap between Sales, Product and Engineering, designing tailored solutions and leading compelling demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Consulting or similar technical customer-facing role, preferably SaaS/fintech/RegTech.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and modern integration patterns.
• Ability to design technical architectures and explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.

Responsabilités

• Act as a technical advisor during the sales process and design customer solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand workflows and integration needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept that address challenges.
• Design and present integration architectures tailored to each prospect.
• Create technical proposals, documentation, and integration plans.
• Respond to technical questions in RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Serve as primary technical contact during onboarding and after.
• Manage technical onboarding, including integration, configuration and deployment.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for long-term success.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to convey customer needs and influence roadmaps.
• Stay informed on compliance trends and competitive landscape.
